Instructions: Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the spice mix. Prepare barbecue coals.
Boil the lobsters in the water 8-10 minutes. Drain the lobsters & remove the claws and tails. Put the claws on the outside edges of the grill, where they will not get too hot. Put the tails briefly over the heat. Clean and split the lobster tails. Serve the tails together with he claws, accompanied by lemon wedges and melted butter. Email this Recipe:
