Instructions: Stir butter into hot potatoes. Whip cream cheese with sour cream until it is smooth and fluffy. Stir this into mashed potatoes along with salt and pepper. Spoon into a buttered casserole dish and sprinkle with paprika.

Bake at 325F degrees for 30 minutes.
