Instructions: In a 2-quart saucepan, combine sugar and 1-quart water until hot but not boiling; cook for 5 minutes. Add gelatin, stirring to dissolve; cool.
In a 2-gallon container, combine strawberry mixture, lemonade, juices, extract and 1 gallon water. Freeze. To Serve: Thaw to slush (several hours), add ginger ale. NOTE: Substitute flavor of gelatin for desired color. Freeze mixture in Ziploc bags, allow for expansion space, and microwave on 50% power to slush consistency. Serves 50. Email this Recipe:
