Instructions: With a sharp knife, cut peel from grapefruit. Cut into segments between membranes, reserving juice and segments.
In a 2 cup microwaveable bowl or measure, combine juice, sugar and reserved grapefruit juice. Microwave on HIGH 3 to 4 minutes or until liquid is steaming but not boiling. Add grapefruit sections; let stand 5 minutes. Remove grapefruit sections from juice; cover and refrigerate. Add grenadine to juice and pour into ice cube trays. Freeze 4 to 5 hours until solid. Unmold cubes; place in food processor or blender container. Cover and process to a slushy consistency. Spoon into chilled dessert dishes and top with reserved grapefruit sections and mint.
