1 cup	Brown sugar
1 x	Egg yolk
1 tsp	Vanilla
1/2 tsp	Salt
3/4 cup	Cake meal
1/4 cup	Potato starch
	(Makes 2 crusts)
	----------------- FILLING ----------------
12 oz	Chocolate chips
8 x	Egg yolks
2 tsp	Vanilla
4 x	Egg whites, beaten stiff

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix shell ingredients together and press into two pie plates. Bake at 375 degrees for 15- 18 minutes

Melt chocolate and cool add eggs to chocolate fold in remaining ingrediates pour into COOLED shells. refridgerate until solid
