Instructions: Dinner for Mike & Michelle, John & Natalie, and Neil & Me at 6:30pm before

Meatballs may be made ahead of time, and stored in an airtight container in the fridge.

Set out appetizers on coffee table at 6:15.

Start preparing focaccia at 6:15. Preheat oven for focaccia and start water boiling for pasta at 6:20. Start cooking focaccia and pasta at 6:30, so they are done at roughly the same time. Combine sauce and meatballs at 6:40 and microwave for 5 minutes.

Combine pasta, sauce, & meatballs in big pasta bowl. Empty bag of salad into big bowl. Set out focaccia on large plate. Empty croutons into small bowl, set out salad dressing, pour drinks & enjoy!
