6 tbl	Parmesan cheese
4 tbl	Red wine vinegar
4 tbl	Lemon juice
1 cup	Salad oil
2 tsp	Salt
1/2 tsp	Pepper
2 tbl	Sugar
1/2 tsp	Garlic powder
1 med	Red onion, sliced very thin
4 tbl	Chopped pimento

Instructions:

Instructions: This is a copycat of the salad served at The Pasta House (and Rich &

Mix together all ingredients except for parmesan cheese and pimento.

Marinate overnight in airtight container. Just before serving, add cheese and pimento. Pour over one large head of iceberg lettuce.
