Instructions: In jar with tight-fitting lid, combine all dressing ingredients: shake well.
Cook pasta in 3 quarts boiling water to desired doneness as directed on package, adding carrots and peas during last 2-4 minutes of pasta cooking time. Drain; rinse thoroughly with cold water to cool rapidly. In large serving bowl, combine cooled pasta mixture and remaining salad ingredients.
