1/3 cup white wine vinegar
1 tbl oil
1 tsp dried dill weed
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1/8 tsp pepper

5 oz rotini spiral pasta(2 cups)
1 cup carrots sliced
1 cup frozen peas
1/2 cup red bell pepper in strips
4 x green onions sliced (1/2 cup)
8 x cherry tomatoes quartered
1/2 cup cucumber sliced
3 oz mozzarella cheese part-skimmed, cubed
Instructions:
Instructions: In jar with tight-fitting lid, combine all dressing ingredients: shake well.

Cook pasta in 3 quarts boiling water to desired doneness as directed on package, adding carrots and peas during last 2-4 minutes of pasta cooking time.

Drain; rinse thoroughly with cold water to cool rapidly.

In large serving bowl, combine cooled pasta mixture and remaining salad ingredients. Pour dressing over salad; toss gently.
