Instructions: In a large salad bowl, add the tuna and set aside.
In a steamer basket set above 2 inches of boiling water, steam the asparagus for 4 to 5 minutes until tender. Drain and splash with cold water. Add to the tuna. Add the remaining salad ingredients to the tuna and asparagus. In a small bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients. Add the dressing to the salad. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Pack into tupperware and place in the cooler. This recipe yields 6 servings. Serving size: 1 cup. Email this Recipe:
