Instructions: Heat the oil and butter in a saucepan, add the onion and cook for 5-6 minutes.
Add the pepper and cook for a further 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cook the pasta following pack instructions. Add the pancetta to the onion and pepper mixture and cook for 5-6 minutes. Pour in the cream, blended cornflour and add seasoning to taste. Cook for a further 2 - 3 minutes. Drain the tortellini, add to the pancetta mixture and stir well to combine. Serve immediately NOTES : A delicious blend of cheeses combined with pasta - a lovely quick supper dish for 2. Serve with crusty bread and salad. Email this Recipe:
