1/2 cup onion chopped
1 x clove garlic finely chopped
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tbl olive oil
1/4 cup water
2 tsp beef bouillon
2 cup broccoli flowerets
2 cup zucchini sliced
8 oz mushrooms sliced
1 med red bell pepper cut in strips
Instructions:
Instructions: In large skillet, cook and stir onion, garlic, and italian seasonings in oil until onion is tender. Add water, bouillon, and vegetables. Cover and simmer 5 - 7 minutes until vegetables are tender - crisp. Toss with hot fettucine. Serve immediately.
