Instructions: 1. Cook the pasta following the pack instructions.
2. Fry the bacon for 3-4 minutes, then stir in the onion and garlic. Cook for a further 3-4 minutes. 3. Stir in the pesto, olives, cooked, drained pasta and season to taste. Mix well and serve immediately sprinkled with freshly chopped parsley. NOTES : Dried pasta could be used instead of fresh pasta, cook following instructions on the pack.
