Instructions: Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for 12 minutes or until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a pan, saute the diced onion and salami in olive oil until tender . Add the white wine, sugar, tomatoes and paste. Stir in the seasoning and simmer gently for 10 minutes. Stir in the cream and simmer 2 minutes. Just before serving, add the basil and pour sauce over hot pasta. Email this Recipe:
