Instructions: Grill or broil the chicken breasts and shred into small pieces. In a large pan, saute the onion and mushrooms in the olive oil. Add white beans, garlic and fresh basil. Add the chicken and keep warm.
Cook the pasta in water until al dente. Drain and add to the chicken mixture. Toss well. Serve immediately topped with Parmesan cheese and pepper to taste. This recipe yields 4 generous servings. Email this Recipe:
