Instructions: 1. Cook the pasta in plenty of lightly salted boiling water for 8 -1 0 minutes or until al dente.
2. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large saucepan and gently saute the garlic for 3-4 minutes. Add the mushrooms and season well with the nutmeg, salt and pepper. Stir the lemon juice and parsley into the mushrooms and then carefully fold in the linguine. Serve immediately.
