Instructions: Bring the pasta to the boil in a large pan of water then transfer to the simmering oven for the time given on to the packet instructions.
Season the haddock with black pepper then slice diagonally into 4omm pieces. Meanwhile melt the butter in a large frying pan add the haddock and cook on the simmering plate for about 4 to 5 minutes. Drain the pasta. Place the spinach in the pan and cook on the simmering plate for 1 to 2 minutes or until lust wiped. Return the pasta to the pan then stir in the soured cream chives lemon juice salt and nutmeg and stir well. Gently stir the haddock into the pasta and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
