Instructions: Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling water according to the packet instructions or until al dente (tender but still slightly firm to the bite).
Drain pasta and return to the pan. Add the fresh tomatoes and sun-dried tomatoes to the pasta, stir well and cook for 5 minutes. Add the prawns and basil, and season with pepper. Stir well and cook for further 5 minutes before serving in warmed bowls. Email this Recipe:
