Ingredients:

250 gm Fusilli verdi, (8oz)
1 x 142 millilit double cream, (5fl oz)
1 x 120 gram car fresh pesto sauce
50 gm Sundried tomatoes in olive oil, drained and thinly sliced (2oz)
1 x 85 g pack Parma ham, sliced
Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions:
Instructions: Cook the fusilli following instructions on the pack.

Meanwhile make the sauce, pour the cream into a medium sized saucepan and place over a low heat.

Stir in the pesto and sundried tomatoes and heat gently.

Add the Parma ham strips and add black pepper to taste. Heat gently stirring occasionally.

Drain the pasta and pour over the sauce mixing well to thoroughly coat.

Serve immediately and garnish with sprigs of basil and shavings of parmesan cheese.

NOTES : A deliciously rich and tasty pasta dish.
