400 gm your favourite Pasta
half a cup of really good olive oil
add a huge tablespoon of tapenade - black olive paste
lots of finely chopped preserved lemon
Instructions:
Instructions: Cook and drain 400g your favourite pasta and reserve some of the water. To half a cup of water or half a cup of really good olive oil add a huge tablespoon of tapenade -black olive paste and stir to mix. Stir this through the pasta and top with lots of finely chopped preserved lemon and freshly ground pepper. If mix is a little too dry add some more of the pasta water.
