8 x Vol-au-vent shells
8 x Eggs
1/4 cup Heavy cream
8 slc Diced bacon
1 x Finely diced green pepper
2 x Minced green onions
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat oven to 400. Bake shells for 15 minutes. Mix eggs with cream.

Fry bacon, add peppers & saute until tender. Pour off half the fat.

Add eggs & green onions; sir until cooked. Remove from heat. Stir in cheese. Fill shells with egg mixture. Serve at once.
