Instructions: Fold paper towel to fit in bottom of jar, and place it inside. Next, place can of mushrooms (unopened) on top of paper towel. Pour onion soup mix into small zip baggie, seal and set aside. Pour rice into jar, covering can of mushrooms, then place baggie of soup mix on top of rice and put lid on jar. Use scissors to cut a 9 inch circle from fabric of your choice. Center fabric circle over lid and secure with a rubber band. Tie on a raffia or ribbon bow to cover the rubber band. Open jar and spread rice on bottom of 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Place 5-6 skinless, boneless chicken pieces on top of rice. In a medium bowl, mix seasoning packet, drained mushrooms and 2 cups water until well blended.

Pour mixture over chicken and rice, then bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Real Food 4 Real People
