4 pkt Jiffy corn muffin mix
10 x Eggs - beaten
4 cup Cottage cheese
2 cup Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
3 stk of melted oleo
2 x 10z box of chopped broccoli
Instructions:
Instructions: Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all ingredients together until just mixed and lumpy. Pour into 9 x 13 greased pan Bake for about 40 minutes.
