Instructions: Brown ground beef and onions; drain, add beans. Mix taco mix according to package directions and add to the beef mixture. Warm tortillas in skillet of melted butter to make soft and easy to handle. Put beef mixture into tortillas and roll up. Place in a 9x13x2-inch pan.
Mix mushroom soup and green chilies together and heat until smooth. Pour over rolled enchiladas. Sprinkle cheese over all. Place in cold oven and warm until Velveeta cheese on top melts. Email this Recipe:
