Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
2 lb chopped chuck (or little franks or sausages-eliminate egg)
1 med onion (chopped fine)
1 x slightly beaten egg
1 x 12oz. jar chili sauce (I use Heinz)
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix meat, onion & egg in large bowl.

Put sauce & jelly in large saucepan.

Heat.

Meanwhile:
Make small meatballs (50-60 count).

Throw all of them into the sauce.

(Dont panic when sauce doesnt cover all meatballs. Dont add water!)

Cover.

Simmer until the meatballs are browned.

Stir GENTLY occasionally.

Let cool.

Refrigerate.

Skim off fat.

Reheat to serve.

Make the day before company!
