1/3 cup Dark brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup White vinegar, more to taste
2 tbl Worcestershire sauce
1 tbl Prepared yellow mustard
1 tbl Chili powder
1/2 tsp Freshly ground black pepper
1/2 tsp Ground ginger
1/4 tsp Ground allspice
1/4 tsp Cayenne
1/8 tsp Ground mace
2 tbl Honey
Instructions:
Instructions: In a large saucepan, combine all the sauce ingredients. Heat over medium, stirring well to mix and dissolve the spices. Reduce the heat and simmer the sauce, uncovered, for 30 min., stirring occasionally.
