Instructions: Put meat, onion, mayonnaise or salad dressing, prepared mustard, salt in blender; blend until meat is chopped. On floured surface, roll each biscuit to a 4-inch circle. Place a rounded tablespoon of the meat mixture in center of each biscuit circle; top with pickle slice. Fold up 3 sides of biscuit and pinch edges together to seal. Place biscuits on lightly greased baking sheet; bake at 425 degrees until golden brown, about 8 to 10 minutes. Garnish with parsley. Serve warm.
