Instructions: Lovely in sandwiches or on top of other meals and it is so simple[Paul]
Sliced raw peppers in strips....then lightly "fry" peppers in a pan with soya sauce...and garlic.......add a little balsamic vinegar ...keep on stirring till peppers soften up...important not too overcook..taste and if necessary add a couple of drops of lemon juice....add more soya sauce if necessary...and stir once again... taste and add pepper... Store in fridge in a sealed jar.... . The mixture will produce its own juices in the jar and looking at it, most people will swear that it is loaded with oil ......I use it mainly in sandwiches....but I have also out it on top of rice dishes...yum yum..
