Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
2 lrg Eggs
1 tsp Cornstarch
1/2 cup Sugar
1 cup Raw mashed banana pulp
1 tsp Vanilla
1 x Lightly baked 9" pie shell
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Salt
1 cup Half and half cream
2 tbl Melted margarine
Instructions:
Instructions: Beat eggs with cornstarch.

Add all ingredients except nutmeg.

Blend well and pour into a baked pie shell.

Sprinkle lightly with nutmeg.

Bake in a preheted 450 oven for 10 minutes.

Reduce heat to 350 and bake for 30 minutes or longer, or until knife inserted comes out clean.
