Instructions: Heat the oil, cook onion and garlic until soft. Add the ground coriander and cook for 1 minute.
Dissolve the stock cube in 600ml (1pint) boiling water and add to the pan with the peas and cook gently for 15 minutes. Liquidise until a smooth puree. Season. Stir in single cream and fresh coriander just before serving. NOTES : A quick simple soup using frozen peas. Email this Recipe:
