Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
2 tbl Oil
1 x Onion, finely chopped
1 x Clove garlic, finely chopped
1 tsp Ground coriander
1 x Vegetable stock cube
600 ml Water, (1 pint)
400 gm Frozen peas, (13oz)
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 x 142 ml carto single cream
Instructions:
Instructions: Heat the oil, cook onion and garlic until soft. Add the ground coriander and cook for 1 minute.

Dissolve the stock cube in 600ml (1pint) boiling water and add to the pan with the peas and cook gently for 15 minutes.

Liquidise until a smooth puree. Season.

Stir in single cream and fresh coriander just before serving.

NOTES : A quick simple soup using frozen peas.
