Instructions: Combine ingredients in a saucepan, and bring to boil over medium-high heat.
Reduce heat to simmer, and cook until peas and ginger are very tender, about 15 minutes. Cool. Pour soup into blender, in batches if necessary, and puree. Return to pan. Over medium-low heat, reheat gently, stirring occasionally. Adjust seasoning and serve. Email this Recipe:
