1 cup	chopped celery
1 x	onion chopped
1 x	bell pepper chopped
	Combine all in a large bowl.

1/2 cup	plain non fat yogurt
1/2 tsp	prepared mustard
1 tsp	Chinese vinegar

Instructions:
