1 sm avocado, peeled, pitted and diced
1 x tomato, peeled, seeded and diced
1/4 cup diced jicama
3 tbl chopped red onion
2 tbl chopped fresh cilantro.
Instructions:
Instructions: In small bowl, whisk together 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice and 2 teaspoons. Pour into peach-avocado mixture, stirring gently.
