Instructions: Put the rice and milk in a saucepan and bring to a boil and simmer until the rice is soft and thick.
Mix 3 T. peach juice with the gelatin and dissolve over hot water. Reserve some peach slices for decoration and puree the remaining peaches and the juice in a food processor or blender. Pour in the gelatin and blend again, then bleand in half the cream and pour the mixture into a serving dish or a mold and allow to set. Decorate with the remaining cream and the peach slices.
