2 cup flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
5 x -6 peaches, peeled and sliced
3/4 cup sugar
Cinnamon to taste (optional)
1 cup heavy cream, sour cream or yogurt, to taste
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Stir together flour and sugar. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse meal. Press into 9-10 inch pie plate. Arrange peaches over crust and sprinkle with 3/4 c. sugar and cinnamon. Bake 15 minutes.

With a fork or whisk, beat together cream and eggs. Remove crostada from oven.

Pour over egg mixture. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve warm. Do not refrigerate.
