Instructions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Stir together flour and sugar. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse meal. Press into 9-10 inch pie plate. Arrange peaches over crust and sprinkle with 3/4 c. sugar and cinnamon. Bake 15 minutes.
With a fork or whisk, beat together cream and eggs. Remove crostada from oven. Pour over egg mixture. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve warm. Do not refrigerate. Email this Recipe:
