Ingredients:

1/3 cup Bisquick baking mix
1/2 cup Milk
3 tbl Sugar
3 tbl Margarine or butter, melted
1 can (16 ounces)sliced peaches,
----------------- drained, -or ----------------
2 sm Peaches, peeled and sliced
1/4 cup Sugar
1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon
2/3 cup Sour cream

Instructions: Ago. It came out quite well when I made it and would probably be good made with homemade baking mix, too.

Heat oven to 375 degrees.

Mix baking mix, milk, 3 tablespoons sugar and the margarine. Spread in ungreased square pan, 9x9x2 inches;arrange peach slices on top.

Mix 1/4 cup sugar and the cinnamon; sprinkle over peach slices. Mix sour cream and egg; drizzle over top.

Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in cake comes out clean.

Serve warm and, if desired, with sweetened whipped cream. (We used Cool Whip.)
