Mix grapefruit juice, honey, cointreau and mint together. Marinate peaches, bananas, apples, and pineapple in the mixture for at least half an hour. Thread onto skewers, alternating the fruits. Cook on aluminum foil, over barbecue, for about 5 minutes, basting with marinade. Email this Recipe:
