1 lb Ripe peaches peeled and sliced
2 tsp Chopped fresh mint
3/4 cup Fruity white wine
(such as Riesling or Gewurztraminer)
1/3 cup Sugar
Instructions:
Instructions: Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until smooth and the sugar is completely dissolved. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve and discard the pulp. Pour the mixture into ice cube trays and freeze until solid.

Place the cubes in a single layer in a food processor and pulse several times to create uniform ice particles. Repeat as necessary with the remaining cubes and serve immediately in frozen stemmed glasses.

This recipe yields 4 servings.
