1/4 cup heavy or whipping cream
1 lrg egg
1/2 tbl canola oil
3 tbl sugar
1/2 cup peaches, peeled, pitted & chopped,
fresh, frozen or canned well-drained*
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup bread machine flour
1/2 cup thick oat flakes or rolled oats
1/2 tsp nutmeg
Instructions:
Instructions: Place all of the ingredients into the pan of your bread machine, program the machine for basic white bread, light crust setting, and press Start.

Check the dough after 10 to 15 minutes of kneading; it should have formed a smooth ball, soft but not sticky. If necessary, adjust the doughs consistency with additional flour or water.

NOTES : Makes a large 1 1/2-pound loaf.

If its not peach season, one 16-ounce can of peaches, well-drained and chopped, works well. This high-rising loaf has a wonderful peach taste. Eat it up quickly, as the peach flavor disappears within a few days.

It has a wonderful peach aroma and taste. Yummy!
