Ingredients:

3/4 cup flour, all-purpose
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 pkt (3.5 oz) vanilla pudding mix, NOT instant!
1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3 tbl butter or margarine, softened
1 x egg
1/2 cup milk
1 can (15 oz) peaches, sliced, drained, reserve 3 tablespoon juice
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine flour, baking powder, salt, pudding mix, butter, egg and milk; beat with electric mixer for 2 minutes. Pour into greased 9-inch deep dish or regular pie pan. Place peach slices over the batter. Combine cream cheese, 1/2 cup of sugar and 3 tablespoons of reserved peach juice; beat with electric mixer for 2 minutes. Spread evenly over the top of peaches, leaving 1-inch around the edge. Combine 1 tablespoon of sugar with 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and sprinkle over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
