1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/4 cup sugar
2 tbl flour
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1/4 tsp salt
3 x eggs
1/4 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup diced fresh peaches
1 x unbaked pastry shell
topping:
1/4 cup flour
2 tbl butter softened
1/4 cup brown sugar firmly packed
Instructions:
Instructions: Cream together butter and sugar. Add 2 T flour. Stir in syrup and salt. Beat in eggs, 1 at a time. Add vanilla and mix until blended. Add peaches and pour into pie crust. TOPPING: Combine flour, soft butter, brown sugar and pecans. Mix until crumbly. Sprinkle over pie. Bake at 400` for 35 minutes. Wis/Gramma
