Instructions: *If you want to peel firm peaches, use a vegetable peeler. Otherwise, place peaches in boiling water for 20 seconds, cool and peel.
Combine peaches and plums in serving bowl. Stir in sugar, lemon juice and Amaretto. Refrigerate up to 12 hours. Remove from fridge about 45 minutes before serving. Toast almonds in small skillet over low heat 10 to 12 minutes or until golden, stirring constantly. Serve in dessert bowls sprinkled with toasted almonds. Makes 4 to 6 servings. Email this Recipe:
