4 x peaches
1 tbl sugar (caster)
1/2 cup kirsch
Instructions:
Instructions: Peel the peaches/apricots, halve and remove stones.

Place in a bowl with the kirsch, lemon juice and sugar, mix to coat in marinade. Add as much kirsch as you like.

Refrigerate for about two hours.

Serve with whipped cream.

Apricots can also be used.
