Instructions: In large bowl mix together flour, oil, sugar, cinnamon & nutmeg until crumbly. Remove 1/2 cup mixture; set aside. Add remaining ingredients except pie filling. Stir until just mixed. Pour batter into oiled & floured 8" baking pan. Spoon filling evenly over top of batter.
Sprinkle with reserved crumb mix. Bake 50 minutes or until cake tests done with wooden pick. Serve warm. Email this Recipe:
