Instructions: In a bowl, marinate the peaches in the lemon juice, ginger and Amaretto (if using) for 10 minutes.
Prepare the grill with an oiled rack set 6 inches above the heat, and bring the temperature to medium. Place the peaches cut-side down on the grill and brush with the margarine. Grill on each side for about 4 minutes until soft, brushing with margarine as you grill. Peaches should be glazed and browned. This recipe yields 6 servings. Serving size: 1 small peach.
