Instructions: Combine all ingredients except candy. Mix until dough forms. Shape into balls and roll in sugar. Bake on ungreased cookie sheets at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from sheets. Top each cookie immediately with a chocolate kiss. Press down so cookie cracks around the edge.
