Recipe for Peanut Butter Bars for a Crowd

12 x	Eggs
6 cup	Sugar
3 cup	Packed brown sugar
2 cup	Peanut butter
1 cup	Shortening
2 tbl	Vanilla extract
8 cup	All-purpose flour
3 tbl	Baking powder
2 tsp	Salt

Instructions:

Instructions: Cream the eggs, sugars, peanut butter, shortening and vanilla until smooth.

Combine flour, baking powder and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture and mix well. Press into 3 greased 15"x10"x1" baking pans. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until top is golden brown. Cool. Dust with confectioners sugar.
