Instructions: Bread: Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl; cut in peanut butter with pastry blender until crumbly. Stir together egg and milk; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.
Pour batter into a greased 9- by 5-inch loafpan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from pan immediately, and cool on a wire rack. For Muffins: Spoon batter into greased muffin pans, filling 2/3 full. Stir together oats, raisins, honey, and butter. Spoon mixture evenly over batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
