Ingredients:

1 lb	Ground round steak
1/2 cup	Cooked rice
3/4 cup	Peanut butter
1 cup	Carrots, sliced
3/4 cup	Tomato sauce
2 x	Celery stalks, chopped
1 x	Onion, large chopped
2 x	Eggs
1/4 cup	Green peppers, chopped
1 tsp	Salt

Instructions:

Instructions: Directions - Couldnt be easier: Brown the ground round steak with the chopped onion. In a casserole dish, mix together the peanut butter and the tomato sauce. Mix well. Stir in the rest of the ingredients. Bake at 350 F. for about 1 hour.
