Instructions: Combine cookie mix, sour cream and orange peel in a small bowl. Stir in peanut butter chips. Spread in a greased 9-inch square baking pan. Bake at 350 F. for 20 to 25 minutes. Combine confectioners sugar and orange juice; drizzle over cooled mixture. Cut into bars.
