Instructions: Coat a 10- by 15-inch rimmed baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except chocolate. Spread mixture over baking sheet. Spread melted chocolate evenly over peanut butter layer. Freeze for 15 minutes then cut into squares. Serve, or cover and keep chilled until ready to serve. This recipe yields 4 dozen squares. Comments: For extra peanut flavor, use chunky peanut butter in place of the creamy.
